1. The Vibrating Mole Gopher Repeller emits low-frequency sounds that create vibrations in a circular pattern through the ground. Rodents, sensing these vibrations, are compelled to move away.
Solid objects, such as building foundations, will block the vibrations. The coverage area extends in a circular pattern from the unit.
2. Powered by 4*AA (1.5V) batteries, the device can operate for up to 2-3 months. Regularly check the unit and remove it if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen.
3. The unit features a convenient battery slot, allowing you to easily change the batteries without removing the entire product from the ground.
4. Initial Setup: Install high-quality 4*AA batteries before the first use. Place the unit in an area with loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely fitted to be watertight.
5. Installation: Dig a hole in areas where pests are prevalent. Do not hammer the unit into the ground, as this can cause damage.
Carefully place the unit into the hole, making sure the soil reaches up to 2/3 of the unit's height (excluding the removable top).
6. Coverage Area: The effectiveness depends on soil type. Heavy clay soil provides the greatest coverage, while light sandy soil offers the least. Typically, the coverage area is around 650 square meters.
