Battery Instructions
Step 1. For initial use, allow the device's built-in battery to deplete until the low-voltage indicator flashes red or the device ceases to respond.
Step 2. Connect to a standard USB output using the included USB cable and charge for 6-12 hours:
2.1: Variations in power and voltage from different USB sources may cause the red indicator to flash even after 12 hours of charging. Normal usage is unaffected, so simply install the device in a typical scenario to proceed.
2.2: If charging completes in less than 6 hours, but the indicator light remains steady (not flashing), continue charging for a minimum of 6 hours.
Step 3. If the red indicator persists in flashing or the device becomes unresponsive, repeat
Step 2: Charge for 6-12 hours. After 3-5 cycles of charging and discharging, the battery's characteristics will stabilize, normalizing the charging index.
Step 4. Adhere to the three steps outlined above to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the device's batteries.
SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT:
Avoid using the device in extreme environmental conditions.
Failure to do so may result in damage or malfunction of crucial components.
Solar panel: Recommended air salinity is a maximum of 3%; Suitable temperature range: -20ºC to +85ºC.
Ni-Cd battery suitable temperature range:
-10ºC to +45ºC (charging unavailable beyond -10ºC to +50ºC, power output unavailable beyond -20ºC to +60ºC).
Ni-MH battery suitable temperature range:
Operating Temperature Range: -18ºC to +65ºC (Note: Charging is only possible within 0ºC to +55ºC. Beyond -18ºC to +65ºC, power cannot be delivered.)
