The Vibrating Snake Repeller ingeniously generates low-frequency sounds that create ground vibrations in a circular radius. These vibrations are detectable by rodents, prompting them to vacate the vicinity. The vibrations are halted by solid structures, such as building foundations, while the coverage extends radially from the unit.
1. Energy is supplied by 2*D cell (1.5V) batteries. A single set of batteries is expected to power the device for 4-6 months. Regular checks are advisable, especially if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen, to maintain optimal functionality.
2. Initial Setup: Prior to first use, install batteries-it's recommended to utilize high-quality batteries. The unit requires 2*D cell batteries. Position it in an area with loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely fastened to maintain waterproof integrity.
3. Installation Instructions: Dig a hole in the pest-affected area without hammering the unit into the ground to prevent damage. Place the unit gingerly into the hole, ensuring the soil level reaches up to 2/3 of the unit (excluding the removable top).
4. Coverage Area: The effectiveness depends on soil type. Heavy clay soils provide the broadest coverage, whereas light sandy soils offer minimal spread. Typically, the coverage spans approximately 650 square meters.
