2. Powered by 4*AA cell (1.5V) batteries, the unit can operate for an impressive 2-3 months. Regularly check the device and remove it if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen to maintain optimal functionality.
3. The integrated battery slot allows you to effortlessly replace the batteries without removing the entire unit from the ground, offering enhanced convenience and ease of use.
4. Before first use, install the batteries. We recommend using high-quality batteries for optimal performance. The unit requires 4*AA cells. Place it in an area with loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely fitted to maintain watertight integrity.
5. Installation Guide: Dig a hole in the area where pests are prevalent. Avoid hammering the unit into the ground as this could cause damage.
Carefully insert the unit into the hole, making sure the soil reaches up to 2/3 of the unit (excluding the removable top), ensuring stability.
6. Coverage Area: The effectiveness depends on soil type. Heavy clay soil provides the maximum coverage, while light sandy soil offers the least. Typically, coverage is around 650 square meters.
