1. The Vibrating Snake Repeller ingeniously emits low-frequency sound waves to create vibrations in a circular pattern across the ground. Snakes, sensitive to such vibrations, instinctively move away to avoid any perceived threats. Note that solid obstructions like building foundations can block these vibrations. The device is equipped with a precision motor that vibrates the ground circularly, encouraging snakes to retreat. The integrated buzzer operates every 3 seconds with a 30-second pause, and after completing a cycle of 10 buzzes, the motor initiates a 3-second vibration with a 30-second interval, repeating this 3 times before the buzzer resumes.
2. Power is seamlessly supplied by 4 D-cell (1.5V) batteries, ensuring longevity with an average lifespan of 4-6 months. Regularly check and remove the batteries if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen to maintain optimal performance.
3. The intelligently designed battery slot allows for effortless battery replacement without extracting the entire unit from the ground, providing remarkable convenience.
4. Prior to first use, install the batteries. Opt for high-quality batteries for the best performance. The unit requires 4 D-cell batteries. For effective operation, place it in an area covered by loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely attached to maintain its watertight integrity.
5. Installation is straightforward: Dig a hole in the pest-prone area. Avoid hammering the unit into the ground to prevent damage. Gently position the unit in the hole, ensuring the soil level is up to two-thirds of the unit, excluding the removable top.
6. Coverage area is influenced by soil type: Heavy clay soil offers maximum coverage, while light sandy soil provides the least. Typically, coverage spans approximately 650 square meters.
