Our Vibrating Snake Repeller strategically emits low-frequency sounds that resonate through the ground in a circular pattern. This vibration is detected by rodents, prompting them to vacate the area. Note that solid objects, like building foundations, can obstruct the vibrations. The coverage radiates in a circular spread from the device.
1. Powered by 2*D cell (1.5V) batteries, designed to last between 4-6 months. Regular checks are advised, especially if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen, to maintain optimal function.
2. Initial setup requires battery installation: We recommend premium quality batteries for best performance. Utilizing 2*D cell batteries, place the device in areas with loose soil, such as vegetable gardens or flower beds. Ensure the top is firmly secured to guarantee it remains watertight.
3. Ground installation instructions: Create a hole in areas where pests are prevalent. Avoid hammering the unit directly into the ground to prevent damage. Gently position the device in the hole, ensuring the soil reaches up to 2/3 of the unit, excluding the removable top.
4. Coverage area varies with soil type: Dense clay soil offers maximum coverage, while light sandy soil provides minimal coverage. Typically, the unit covers approximately 650 square meters.
