1. The Vibrating Mole Gopher Repeller is designed to emit a low-frequency sound that vibrates the ground in a circular pattern. This vibration is sensed by rodents, prompting them to move away from the source.
Note that the vibration may be obstructed by solid objects like building foundations. The effective coverage area extends in a circular pattern from the unit.
2. The device is powered by 4*AA cell (1.5V) batteries, with an operational lifespan of up to 2-3 months. Regularly check and remove the unit if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen.
3. Equipped with a convenient battery slot, you can easily replace the batteries without having to remove the entire unit from the ground.
4. Initial Setup: Before first use, install high-quality batteries. The unit requires 4*AA cell batteries. Place the device in an area with loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely fitted to guarantee it is watertight.
5. Installation Instructions: Dig a hole in the area where pests are prevalent. Avoid hammering the unit into the ground to prevent damage.
Carefully place the unit into the hole, making sure that the soil reaches up to 2/3 of the unit (excluding the removable top).
6. Coverage Area: The effective coverage depends on soil type. Heavy clay soil provides the greatest coverage, while light sandy soil offers the least. Typically, the unit covers around 650 square meters.
