1. The Vibrating Mole Gopher Repeller emits low-frequency sound waves that create vibrations in a circular pattern. Rodents detect these vibrations and instinctively move away from the source.
The vibrations are impeded by solid objects, such as building foundations. Coverage extends in a circular radius from the unit.
2. Powered by 4*AA cell (1.5V) batteries, this device can operate for 2-3 months. Regularly check and remove the unit if the ground becomes waterlogged or frozen.
3. The convenient battery slot allows easy battery replacement without having to remove the entire unit from the ground.
4. For first-time use, install the batteries carefully. We recommend high-quality batteries. This unit requires 4*AA cell batteries. Place it in an area with loose soil, such as a vegetable garden or flower bed. Ensure the top is securely fitted to make it watertight.
5. Installation Instructions: Dig a hole in the area where pests are prevalent. Do not hammer the unit into the ground, as this can cause damage.
Carefully position the unit into the hole, ensuring that the soil reaches two-thirds up the unit (excluding the removable top).
6. Coverage Area: The effective range depends on soil type. Heavy clay soils provide the greatest coverage, while light sandy soils offer the least. Typically, the coverage area is around 650 square meters.
